At UpGuard, we believe your Trust Center should be the single place your prospects and customers go to get their trust questions answered. Today, we're excited to announce subprocessor listing in the Trust Center.

This capability lets you publish your subprocessors directly where buyers already look for trust signals. You can also keep that list up to date and enable customers to subscribe to updates.

## Why this matters

For regulated buyers, subprocessor transparency isn't a nice-to-have. GDPR makes it a Day-1 ask, and every deal cycle where a prospect needs to send an email for that information and wait for a reply is a deal cycle you're slowing down.

This release pulls all of your subprocessor information directly into your Trust Center, where prospects [already come to answer their trust questions](https://www.upguard.com/product/trust-exchange/trust-center), turning a recurring compliance chore into a trust signal that reduces deal cycles.

> UpGuard turns subprocessor disclosure from a compliance chore into proof of trust.

## Key benefits

1. **Compliance made visible**: Publish your subprocessors directly in the Trust Center, where prospects and customers already look for trust signals. The answer is waiting for them the moment they go looking — no more precious selling time wasted fielding email requests.
2. **Change-aware, not static**: A published page is only useful if it stays current. Customers can subscribe to your subprocessor list and be automatically notified when it changes, so your disclosure keeps pace with your business rather than drifting out of date between manual updates.
3. **One Trust Center, not five tabs**: Subprocessor listing replaces the ad hoc pages, PDFs, and email chains admins juggle today. Your prospects get one authoritative place to find the answer, and your team stops maintaining the same information in several places at once.
4. **We practice what we preach**: UpGuard publishes its own subprocessor list on i[ts own Trust Center](https://security.upguard.com/). Before we ask you to make this part of how you prove trust, we've made it part of how we prove ours.

## What's new in the user experience?

Publishing your subprocessors happens right in the Trust Center admin experience, alongside the other trust signals you already manage there. Here's how it works:

* **Build and publish your list**: Add your subprocessors and publish the list directly to your Trust Center. Once it's live, prospects and customers can find the answer themselves instead of emailing your team and waiting for a reply.
* **Let customers subscribe to changes**: Customers can subscribe to your subprocessor list and be notified automatically when it changes, so the people who care about your disclosure stay informed without you having to tell them one by one.
* **Speed up entry with suggestions**: If you have [Vendor Risk](https://www.upguard.com/product/vendor-risk) or [Breach Risk](https://www.upguard.com/product/breach-risk), the feature can suggest subprocessors to help you build your list faster. These suggestions are a starting point, not a finished record. You confirm each legal entity against your own contracts, so the published list reflects what you've verified, not just what was suggested.

> Accuracy stays in your hands. Suggestions save time, but the disclosure your prospects rely on is the one you've reviewed and stand behind.
