What are the deployment options?

We offer a multi-tenant SaaS, a dedicated instance, and an on-premise virtual appliance for your VPC. Each of those can connect with an agent or agentlessly. Contact us to learn more.

What are your support options?

All subscriptions include 9x5 PST email support. We also offer premium 24x7 email, live chat, and phone support for a 20% surcharge.

Which systems do you support?

We support Windows, Unix, Linux flavors, web services like AWS, and network devices–anything with an IP address or API. Everything but mainframes. Read more.

Can I do a proof of concept?

Yes, contact us and we'll work with you on the best way to test UpGuard in your environment. A typical POC can be finished in as few as three days. Learn more.

What size company uses UpGuard?

We have deployments as small as a single laptop and as large as tens of thousands of nodes. We probably can't go smaller but we're prepared to go bigger.

What is a CSTAR score and how is it calculated?

CSTAR is your CyberSecurity Threat Assessment Report—a single number that represents your level of risk for data breaches and unplanned outages. CSTAR is calculated by the UpGuard platform, which monitors the state of your servers, network hardware, and cloud providers and compiles your integrity, compliance, and security postures into a single score. Does it work in outer space?

Yes.

Do we have any certifications?

UpGuard is hosted on providers that have PCI, HIPAA, and CSA certifications. We are currently used by major healthcare, finance, and government organizations.

Do you have any case studies?

Yes, although they're a little ridiculous. Typical annual ROI is about 1000%. We are trying to find cases where UpGuard is less effective so it sounds more believable.
