Yes. UpGuard is available as a transactable listing on Google Cloud Marketplace, meaning qualifying purchases count toward your committed cloud spend - up to the 25% cap for the commitment period, with no separate budget cycle required.

What is a Private Offer, and how does it work?

A Private Offer is a custom-priced offer UpGuard sends to your Google Cloud account. You review and accept it in the Google Cloud Marketplace console. Billing is consolidated on your existing Google Cloud invoice. There are no new vendor contracts or legal redlines.

Am I eligible for 3% back in Google Cloud Credits (MCCP)?
